Our T’s & C’s

All YTA bookings are subject to the below terms and conditions without exception. When booking you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. 

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS   

PAINTBALL  

  1. All bookings are subject to availability. Your choice of date may not be available, but alternative dates will always be offered. Try to book at least two weeks ahead. To open a paintball site, we require a minimum number of players. If the number of players required to open a site is not met. YTA reserves the right to cancel the game day. 

  2. By making a booking with YTA you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of bookings and cancellations.  

  3. Full payment must be made to confirm your event and must be received before the date of the game. Once payment has been received your booking will be confirmed, and a full confirmation email will be sent. Please make sure you enter your details correctly when making a booking.    

  4. Paintball Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please make sure when booking your session that all players can attend on the day.  All players must be 12 years old and over to play adult paintball at our venues.  

  5. In line with other leisure activity providers providing a similar service all monies paid to YTA are nonrefundable. 

  6. YTA reserve the right to cancel your booking without prior notice. In the event of cancelation on our behalf an alternative date or full refund will be offered. If your event is cancelled due to serve weather a refund will not be given as this is out of our control.  

  7. Events were cancelled due to circumstances out of our control. (Which may include but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, weather) no refunds will apply, instead groups will be offered new dates when available to do so which may be valid for 6 months. 

  8. If any player/group fails to attend the event the date booked the prepayment and paintballs will be forfeited.  

  9. YTA require at least 72 hrs. notice if you are not able to attend your booked session. The YTA admin fee of £25 is payable for any changes made to your booking.  

  10. Any bookings that are cancelled on the day of the session or you don’t turn up Your payments will be forfeited, and no alternative date will be offered.  

  11. Only paintballs supplied by YTA paintball center on the day of your event may be used at the center. Any paintballs brought in from external sources and not supplied by the paintball center will be confiscated and destroyed.  

  12. Any player found to be using their own paintballs will be asked to leave the paintball center and will be barred from attending any YTA sites.  

  13. YTA Paintball prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. 

  14. When buying Paintballs please only buy what you think you are going to need for the session. Once paintballs have been purchased, they are non-refundable.  

  15. If you have booked via a 3rd party booking agent and this includes 100 free paintballs. This is for the full day, and these will be given in the afternoon session. Paintballs will not be transferred to other members of the group if not all players attend.  Any player that does not comply with the safety rules in place will be asked to leave the paintball center without a refund. 

  16. Any player that is found to be deliberately misusing or damaging the paintball center's kit will be charged the retail price of replacing the kit.  

  17. YTA have a zero-tolerance policy of any player verbally or physically abusing a member of staff or another player. Any player found guilty of verbally or physically abusing staff or a player will be asked to leave the paintball center without a refund. 

  18. YTA operate a strict NO DRINKING OR SUBSTANCE abuse whilst at the paintball center Any player found to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave the paintball center without a refund. 

  19. Any player that turns up to paintball center under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to play and will be asked to leave the paintball center. All payments that have been made will not be refunded.  

  20. YTA wants you to have a fun and safe day when you attend any of the paintball centers. Paintball is not suitable for pregnant women, people suffering from heart conditions. High blood pressure and epilepsy.  

  21. YTA reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. Without prior notice.  

  22. YTA are not liable for any claims against injury or loss of property whilst you are on site. 

  23. All players must sign an insurance waiver to play paintball.  

  24. Players under the age of 16 will need an adult to sign the waiver.

  25. All existing YTA terms and conditions apply. 

AIRSOFT

  • All bookings are subject to availability. Your choice of date may not be available, but alternative dates will always be offered. Try to book at least two weeks ahead.

  • All players must be 12 years old and over to play airsoft at our venues.

  • If you are under the age of 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian.

  • Players age 12 to 14 must have an adult present at the venue and a waiver signed by an adult or guardian.

  • Players aged 14-17 must have a wavier signed by a parent or guardian 

  • Payments for game fee's are paid in full and are strictly non refundable.

  • YTA reserve the right to cancel your booking without prior notice. In the event of cancellation on our behalf an alternative date or full refund will be offered. If your event is cancelled due to serve to weather a refund will not be given as this is out of our control.  

  • If you need to move your booking date, there will be an admin charge of £20.

  • Events cancelled due to circumstances out of our control. (This may include but is not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, and weather) no refunds will apply, instead players  will be offered new dates when available to do so which may be valid for 6 months.

  • Any player that does not comply with the safety rules in place will be asked to leave the activity center without a refund.

  • YTA operates a strict NO DRINKING OR SUBSTANCE abuse whilst at the activity center, Any player found to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave the activity center without a refund.

  • Any player that turns up to the activity center under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to play and will be asked to leave the activity center. All payments that have been made will not be refunded.

  • YTA wants you to have a fun and safe day when you attend any of its activity centers. Any player that does not adhere to the site safety rules will be told to leave the site.

  • Airsoft is not suitable for pregnant women, and people suffering from heart conditions. High blood pressure and epilepsy. 

  • All players must wear sensible footwear.  We recommend that all players wear boots when participating in Airsoft.

  • Players will not be allowed to play in flip flops, sliders, heels, crocs or any footwear that isn’t suitable  for the activity

  • YTA is not liable for any claims against injury or loss of property whilst you are on the site

  • YTA reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. Without prior notice.

  • Parking facilities are available on site. Any vehicle or contents are left at the owners own risk

  • All existing terms and conditions apply to all YTA activities.

  • YTA Airsoft membership.  When purchasing a membership you will receive a free game if you have your own Airsoft Kit. If you require a hire package you will be able to hire a reduced rate.

  • All issued free games are to be redeemed within a 3 month period from when issued. Free membership games will not be able to be redeemed against YTA special events. 

  • Special event tickets will not be refunded or moved to another game day if you can't attend

  • All Reduced member hire games will need to be booked online. 

  • Members and non members are welcome to walk-on on game days, all hire packages need to be booked via the website.

  • We recommend all players book on via the website to secure your place.  

  • When booking your Airsoft game ticket, please make sure you are booking the right game ticket. 

  • Membership games are to be redeemed by contacting the office, no walk on free games will be accepted on the day

  • UKARA Qualification . Players will need to have played 3 games with the same site/ company. 3 games need to be played in no less than 56 days. Meaning that the 3rd game needs to be played on the 56 day or after.

  • YTA  Airsoft price's are subject to change.

  • YTA Reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without warning

  • All existing YTA terms and conditions apply. 

Airsoft, Gotcha and Laser tag Parties  

  • All party bookings are subject to availability. 

  • The minimum age for an airsoft party is 12 years old 

  • The minimum age for a laser tag party is 8 years old 

  • The minimum age for a Gotcha party is 8 years old. 

  • To secure your preferred date and party session we require a deposit of 50% when booking, with the balance payable 7 days before the party.

  • All deposits are strictly  non-refundable. 

  • When full balance has been paid this is non refundable

  • The party will not be secured till we receive the deposit.  

  • All parties have a minimum of 10 players  

  • All player numbers need to be confirmed 7 days before the planned party.  No refund will be given for players that don't attend the session. 

  • Any party booked less than 7 days before, we will require player numbers to be confirmed and full payment upon booking. This is strictly non refundable

  • If a change of date is required, this needs to be done 72 hrs. before the planned party.  

  • If you require any changes to your party booking please do this via email. YTA Will try to accommodate your request.

  • This will incur a admin fee of £25

  • Any party cancelled in less than 72hrs the deposit will be forfeited, and no alternative date offered.  

  • Any booking cancelled or changed less than 24 hrs before session will incur a £50 charge. 

  • No Spectators allowed in the game fields

  • If you are requiring food for your party this needs to be confirmed with the office 7 days before planned party. Food is available at our Sheffield and Wakefield sites. (subject to availability)

  • All existing YTA terms and conditions apply 

  • YTA reserve the right to change any terms and conditions at any time without warning

Gift Vouchers

  • YTA gift cards are redeemable against any of our activities.

  • YTA gift cards can be redeemed online.

  • The minimum age is dependent on the activity chosen

  • YTA gift cards can be redeemed on any of our activities.

  • YTA gift cards cannot be redeemed against food, snacks, or drinks

  • YTA gift cards cannot be returned or refunded

  • YTA gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

  • YTA gift cards can be redeemed against one activity at any one of our sites. Subject to availability.

  • YTA gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • YTA gift cards can only be used for activities and can’t be used as part payment towards paintball’s, upgrades or other goods
