YTA GEL BLASTERS WAIVER

“YTA Paintball treats the Health and Safety of all participants as a priority. As with any sport/leisure activity there are hazards associated with GEL Blaster games. It is important for the safety of everyone taking part that each participant is acquainted with those hazards and individually takes all relevant action to minimise those hazards as much as possible.

I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that  

 

  1. I am 6 years of age or the minor I am signing for is 6 years of age or over

  2. I acknowledge that playing GEL BLASTER GAMES involves potential injuries like bruising, eye injuries, slips, falls, insect bites, collision with other players, they may be rabbit holes, slippery surfaces, broken trees plus other hazards when playing GEL BLASTER GAMES  

  3. To Minimise the risk, I agree to wear the protective equipment of paintball mask and body Armor provided by Yorkshire tactical activities. I agree to Listen to the Yorkshire tactical Activities Manager and marshals

  4. I agree that if I don’t follow the safety procedures I will be removed from the field and won’t be able to carry on playing the Gel Blaster games

  5. If I am removed from the field, I will not be entitled to a refund and may be banned from all Yorkshire tactical activity sites

  6. I am fully aware of the risk to myself, and others involved in GELL BLASTER GAMES and that I will never under any circumstances deliberately shoot anyone in the face, head, or neck.

  7. I understand that it is recommended by Yorkshire tactical Activities that I wear boots with good grip or footwear with good support

  8. I agree that I will comply with all the rules set out by the managers and marshals at Yorkshire tactical activities for my own safety, I will use the equipment as instructed by the manager and marshals

  9. I will Not another player or staff member within 5 mts , I will not shoot other players at point blank range and will use a bang or surrender rule instead

  10. No GEL BLASTERS are to be taken into the safezone at any time, these will be left on the paintball racks  

  11. I have no medical condition that would prevent me from playing GEL BLASTER GAMES (Please make the game manager aware if you use an inhaler or any other medical aid)

  12. By choosing to participate in GEL BLASTER GAMES, I do so knowing and freely. I understand that there will be known and unknown, foreseeable, and unforeseeable risks

Gel Pellets and Pyrotechnics

 

  1. I will only use pyrotechnics as instructed by the game manager and in accordance with the manufacturers printed instructions on the pyrotechnic. I will endeavour not to throw a pyrotechnic device within 15 metres of another player. Under 18 years old are not allowed to buy or use Pyrotechnics under any circumstances

  2. I will only use Gel Pellets supplied by YORKSHIRE TACTICAL ACTIVITIES I have read and fully understood this agreement. If found to be using my own GEL PELLETS, I will be asked to leave site with no refund.

  3. The price of GELL PELLETS shown is final and will not be reduced under any circumstances.

 

 

Photos and videos

 

  1. I understand and agree that any photos or videos may be taken during the activity. These may be used on social media or other marketing material All photos and videos remain the property of YTA.

  2. We may not always take photos of your activity

 

I have read and fully understood this agreement. I am aware that by signing this agreement I acknowledge and accept the inherent risk to injury that GEL BLASTER GAMES entails to myself or minor I am signing for. I hereby agree to relive Yorkshire tactical activities of any liability for any personal injury, illness, damage to personal property and death.

 

I hereby release, remise and forever discharge from any claims and liabilities whatsoever without limitation that I might have against Yorkshire tactical activities, the Owners of the property on which the events are being played and any other player who might injure me, damage caused to property and I make this release on behalf of myself, minor i am signing for my heirs, executors and administrators.
